First Aid Beauty’s Ultra Repair cream adds instant hydration to dry skin and is safe for those with eczema, according to the brand. The formula has colloidal oatmeal to improve the skin barrier, shea butter to moisturize and allantoin to calm and soothe.
You can apply it as needed and a little goes a long way thanks to the thick but spreadable texture.
